The portal is private, so you can't sign up yourself. We invite you when your project starts.
Get your invitation
We email you an invitation with a 6-digit code. Check your junk folder if you can't see it.
Enter your code
Open app.buildittrack.co.uk, tap Got an invitation? Enter your code, type your email and the code.
Choose a password
That's it. Next time just sign in with your email and password.
Need an invitation code?
If you're one of our clients and haven't received an invitation, or your code has expired, just ask. Tell us the email address you'd like to use and we'll send a new invitation straight away.

No app store needed. Open the portal on your phone and it shows you how to add it to your home screen in a few seconds. Then it opens like any other app.
iPhone
Open the portal in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Android
Open the portal in Chrome and tap Install app, or use the ⋮ menu.
Computer
Just sign in from your web browser. Nothing to install.
Client portal questions
How do I get my login?
When your project starts we send an invitation to your email with a 6-digit code. Open app.buildittrack.co.uk, tap Got an invitation? Enter your code, enter the code and choose a password.
I haven't had an invitation. What do I do?
Ask us to invite you. Call 07307 366075 or message us on WhatsApp with the email address you'd like to use, and we'll send it straight away. Check your junk or spam folder too.
My code has expired or doesn't work
Codes expire after 24 hours. On the code screen tap Send me a new code, or ask us to send a fresh invitation.
Do I need to download an app?
No app store needed. On a phone, open the portal and follow the short steps to add it to your home screen. It then works like a normal app with its own icon. On a computer, just use it in your web browser.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password? Sign in with a code. We email you a code, and you can choose a new password.
Is it free and is my information private?
Yes, it's free for our clients. Only you and our team can see your project. Your prices and payments are never shown to anyone else.
